Information and publication activities
· We run a dedicated web portal for Horizon Europe
· We organise informtion events for the general public on Horizon Europe calls and issues related to the Framework Programmes (FPs).
· We provide information on the FPs rules for participation by organising regular seminars and training sessions following the updating of relevant European Commission (EC) documents. These include explanations of basic aspects for understanding FP funding mechanisms, general rules and basic principles for project funding and the financial instruments used.
· We organise specialised seminars on the financial managment of FP projects throughout their entire life cycle - from the preparation of the project proposal through its submission, EC evaluation, implementation and follow-up checks.
· We provide information and consultation on intellectual property rights (IPR) and contractual relations, open access to information and data (OA) and knowledge transfer in projects.
· We continuously monitor and evaluate the Czech Republic's participation in the EU Framework Programmes and prepare studies analysing individual aspects of Czech participation in these programmes for the needs of the state administration or for the needs of individual institutions.
· We publish specialised information and methodological publications in the Vademecum series, informative leaflets presenting the professional topics of the FP and an electronic newsletter.
· We publish the Echo magazine, which brings up-to-date information about the Framework Programmes, interviews with successful researchers, examples of projects and results achieved.
· In the Horizon Europe podcast, we interview interesting guests to bring you important topics and inspiring stories from the EU Framework Programmes.
· Through short e-learning videos, we explain selected aspects of Horizon Europe (rules of participation, financial, legal and administrative management of projects, ...).
