Are you interested in the EIC Pathfinder Open call 2025? We would like to invite you to follow a webinar that will provide you with useful information, hints and tips to increase your chances to succeed with a proposal in this highly competitive programme.

The webinar is intended for applicants to the 2025 call. Thus, participation requires a relatively advanced knowledge of the EIC Pathfinder Open given only a limited time will be dedicated to the programme´s basics.

This year, the call closes on May 21st. The overall dedicated budget is M €142 so some 47 proposals will be funded.

What aspects will the webinar cover?

  • Brief intro into the EIC Pathfinder programme, the evaluation process and a statistical overview
  • How to read the call text
  • What is expected from the projects
  • The most common drawbacks
  • What do the evaluators focus on and how the evaluation process works
  • How to be convincing in terms of the gatekeepers
  • How to compose a strong consortium
  • Open access vs IP protection
  • Communication & Dissemination
  • And more….

The event will be held in English. To participate, please register until April 9th. A link to Teams meeting will be distributed to registered participants.
