On 18 March 2025 (9:00 – 17:00), the second Harnessing Talent Platform public event with the headline theme “Talent Booster Mechanism in action. First results and ways forward" will take place in Brussels.
The hybrid event will showcase the support provided by the European Commission to Member States, regions, and cities through the Pillars of the Talent Booster Mechanism (TBM). It will also allow to reflect on Cohesion policy’s role to tackle demographic change and harness talent in EU’s regions. It will provide an opportunity for regional stakeholders to highlight their experiences in designing solutions to challenges related to harnessing talent and as well as a dedicated occasion for expert exchanges and policy reflection.
