Overview of brokerage events for the 2025 calls

Matchmaking events for establishing contacts for projects prepared for Horizon Europe calls have a long-standing tradition.

These events typically last two days and are attended by dozens of international organizations interested in collaborating on projects from various fields. Even after the events have ended, you can continue to register and arrange meetings with all the registered participants.

Most matchmaking events take place in person, some in a hybrid format or exclusively online. We can help cover the costs of your physical participation with a travel grant of up to €1000, for example, for airfare and hotel expenses.

How to participate in a matchmaking event? You can register for the selected event free of charge, create a profile, and then schedule meetings with other registered participants online. You can increase your chances of being contacted by other participants by thoroughly completing your profile.

The events typically also offer the opportunity to present your project or idea for a selected call. These are so-called pitch sessions, where in 3-5 minutes, you can present yourself live to potential partners and coordinators.
