Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal is a single entry point for all directly managed programs of the European Union, including the Horizon Europe program.

 Through this portal, you will perform all management and administrative operations related to your Horizon Europe projects. You perform all operations on the portal, including

• search for a project call, which, among other things, contains the call documentation for the given project or type of projects (in the Search funding & tenders tab).
• After registration, it is then possible to submit a project proposal,
• adding information to the grant agreement and signing it,
• submission of milestones or project deliverables to a continuous report,
• filling in the financial statement and periodic report,
• or any report of a possible audit by the European Commission.

Under the How to participate tab, it is possible to search for any documents that directly relate to managed projects, from project proposal templates to model grant agreements or their annotations. Here you can also find partners for your projects and register organizations if you are participating in directly managed projects for the first time.

In the Projects & results section, you will find information on already funded projects, which can serve as a quality source of inspiration when creating new projects. In the Work as an Expert section, you can register in the list of experts who cooperate with the European Commission, evaluate project proposals or participate in technical audits as external experts.
