The Technology Centre Prague, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, organised the traditional Czech Days for European Research (CZEDER 2023) conference on 14 February 2023. This year's conference was exceptional not only because it was the 20th in a row, but also because for the first time it was accompanied by a physical and online exhibition presenting examples of the results of 12 Framework Programme projects with Czech participants.

The conference was opened by the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, Vladimír Balaš, and the Director of the Prague Technology Centre, Karel Klusáček.

The first block of the conference was an opportunity to briefly evaluate the results of the Czech EU Presidency in the field of R&D, the Czech Republic's participation in Horizon Europe, or the preparation of the final evaluation of H2020.

The following two blocks of the conference were dedicated to discussions with top experts on the prestigious European Research Council (ERC) grants focusing on frontier research and Marie Skłodowska Curie (MSCA) actions supporting the international mobility of researchers.

The reactions of the participants showed that the programme was well chosen and that the idea of presenting project results 'live' raised the conference to a higher level.

On the conference website it is possible to see the catalogue of exhibitors, where the medallions of the speakers and panel members are also published, as well as the presentations of the results of the exhibited projects. Available presentations of individual speakers, contribution of Professor Leptin  and record of CZEDER 2023 conference are  published in the attached documents. You can have a look at photos from the event as well.
