The kick-off meeting will take place on Wednesday 9 April 2025 from 10:30 to 12:30 CET in the Breydel Auditorium (European Commission, Avenue d'Auderghem 45, Brussels) organised by DG REGIO and the Committee of the Regions to jointly present this year's motto, themes, formats, and milestones. The event will be live-streamed. Online participants will be able to interact via Slido.

- Online participants do not need to register.
- The meeting will be recorded and available for later viewing.
